The singer, Emily, is from my band, Longdistancerunner, for the half dozen of you familiar...

More recognizably, the bassist is Jeff from Killing Tree and formerly Rise Against.

Their name was originally "Back and to the Left" from the TitR song, and badassed JFK reference, but I guess some goth band had it so they had to change. The do kinda sound like them, good stuff that's really easy to digest and rocks hard. I caught their first show this past Friday in Libertyville, they already kick ass. Like the Mutiny kicks ass....so that works out to this show being kick ass to the second power, which by my count, is pretty solid.
