I've heard they have poor quality sound in general. Perhaps I've been mislead?

It actually sounds way better in there now than it used to.

It's muddy, though, because the building itself isn't exactly made for acoustics.

I sort of like shows there, although I haven't been in a while. Last time, Marsh and I watched Mouse on Mars tear the whole ****ing place down with pure beauty

so after further investigation, chicago there are 2 other sweet shows in those 2 weeks:

5.13 - acid mother's temple
5.28 - growing and thrones
