congratulations on the lease!!!
im so glad this place is still going. what a sweet venue! the folks that run the place are super friendly and cool. theres a resturant 2 blocks away and a fenced in parking lot that makes it perfectly legal to drink while outside.

awesome. hopefully i can play there soon. ill be on tour durring this show, though... damn.
