Quick blurb on the coop: The store is owned and operated by members of the community, but will be open to the public, specializing in locally made / grown, organic and natural food. We're about to start construction on a storefront at 3039 W. Fullerton (the place with the glass blocks that are lit up all multi-color at night), with an opening date around May of this year. If we can sell this show out, we can raise enough money to pay for 1/3 of the refrigeration equipment we will be purchasing, so come out and tell yr friends!
