we've been in the studio and have not practiced in a long time.

Todd has emailed and PMed me about this show like 3 times and I told him we could do it at Ugene's (because he couldn't find a place to do it).

And dude, we've practiced once in the last 3 or 3.5 months, and it wasn't even with the full band. We're probably going to be horrible, too.
